Stickers

I was in my office this morning, trying to get some work done and I left Button eating her breakfast in the living room. I figured I had about fifteen minutes to do what I needed to do and then we would get going on our day. Suddenly, she ran into my office, plucked something [...]

Church

Last week, Nate’s brother told us about a church he had visited that he really loved. He kept referring to it as being “perfect.” Since the dissolution of our prior church, our family just hasn’t been. We’ve visited a couple of times, but we haven’t been able to find a home church. We wanted something [...]

Now we are 3

Well, not exactly. We will be three on Thursday. And by we, I mean Button. I made her this birthday dress and I fully intended to wait and give it to her ON her actually birthday, but she spotted it before hand, and, well… that was the end of that. I wanted to use a [...]

Super Piggy

Button was playing with her cousins and the adults were all in my parent’s living room. From upstairs, we hear a cry: “It’s SUPER PIGGY!” Suddenly, six pairs of feet come scrambling down the stairs and thrust in front of us is, as was previously yelled; Super Piggy. She fights ham related crimes, I suppose.

My daughter

Button was at her grandmother’s house earlier and she was playing with “make up.” It was just a chapstick and she was having such a good time with it, I just let her continue having a blast. However, what I didn’t think about was what would happen once we got home and she discovered that [...]
